My Approach
Scientifically-Proven Methods Coupled with Integrative Health

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) tailored applications of self-advocacy skills, problem solving, relaxation training, and self-management skills. I will give you the tools to help you reduce your chronic stress response and improve and maintain a better quality of life over time.

Neuroplasticity
When the brain perceives a threat, it activates the limbic system to prepare to handle that threat. Chronic illness causes a damaging state of constant activation. Neuroplasticity enables the brain's ability to "rewire" itself in response to new information to calm the limbic system.
Gut Health
Many programs fail if supplementation is the primary focus. Many people are unable to take supplements and they should never be an initial focus. Implementation of proper nutrition and
gut health is essential. Your program will be customized for you
and your specific needs.

Though your illness may consume your daily life, it is not who you are. It does not dictate your tomorrow. We will use Biblically-based principles and perspective to encourage, uplift, and lighten your burden. These are the principles that have brought me joy. All faiths and creeds are welcome.

Testimonials
Meet Kimberly Morris
For 17 years, chronic illness ruled my life. I was severely underweight and could only eat a couple of foods. My body reacted to any medication, supplement, and most foods with severe inflammation. I spent thousands of dollars on traditional doctors, functional medicine care, and received over 20 diagnoses. Along with those diagnoses were the symptoms that stopped my life like joint and nerve pain, chronic migraine, constipation, sleep deprivation, inflammation, anxiety, depression, heart palpitations, yeast and bacterial overgrowths, food sensitivities, and the list goes on. The last five years of my health journey led to multi-organ distress including a cardiac diagnosis.

Determined to find a cure, I spent a decade studying functional medicine, gut health education including the gut-brain connection, attending seminars and symposiums, compiling data utilizing lab tests and supplement-based protocols, and actively participating in gut health groups with scientists, doctors, function medicine professionals, and psychologists. By the grace of God, I was able to regain my life and was determined to help others. I furthered my professional education with a licensed psychologist and became a certified professional coach.

My program is a compilation of scientifically-proven methods coupled with integrative health including dietary and lifestyle modifications with clear, actionable steps.
